District 15

East Coast, Marine Parade

In the early 1900s, District 15 was filled with plantations growing coconut, cotton, gambier, nutmeg and pepper. During this time the Eurasian population kept growing in Singapore, increasing the need for churches, schools and other public facilities. District 15 has now become one of the most desirable areas for property investors.

There are many residential options, from HDB flats to private homes in developments like Cote D’Azur, Costa Del Sol, Lagoon View, Mandarin Gardens and Fernwood Towers. Prospective real estate investors can also consider several new residential developments, including Auralis at East Coast and The Lush at Katong. Below we will discuss the various amenities and leisure activities available to residents in the main sections of District 15.
